A photo session with a newborn photographer scheduled during your baby’s first 10 days of life is an incredible way to hold onto these precious moments forever. At this time, your baby is still in the deep phases of sleep during this time which makes it easier to capture those beautiful, peaceful, and intimate moments.

What to wear
The key to beautiful portraits is to neutralize what everyone is wearing so the focus is on facial expression versus clothing. It is important to keep dress simple and have it best match your personal style. The two most effective looks are:
o Matching colors for tops and bottoms OR
o A coordinated tonal range in clothing colors that are flattering to everyone.
No Itchy Dresses or Tight Neckties!
It is important that your children are comfortable in the clothing for the photoshoot. Itchy dresses, tight neckties and uncomfortable shoes make it harder to capture happy moments! Please make sure your children’s hair is dry for the session.
Dress for the Weather
Please dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor temperature. It will help to avoid the chance of getting chattering smiles and raised shoulders
